• 8 oz filtered water
• 1 tsp Tenzo Matcha
• 1 packet Maddie’s Natural Sweetener
• 2 oz oat milk (no sugar added)
• ½ cup ice

• Pour dry ingredients into empty cup
• Add water
• Whisk until incorporated
• Pour over ice
• Add milk, and enjoy!

• 1 flax egg
• 1 cup almond flour
• 2 packets of Maddie's Natural Sweetener
• 1 tsp ginger
• 1 tbl cinnamon
• 1 tsp cardamom
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tbl vanilla extract
• ¼ tsp almond extract

Cinnamon Sugar:

• 1 packet of Maddie's Natural Sweetener
• 1 tbl cinnamon
• 1 tsp coconut Sugar

• Preheat oven to 350
• Make flax egg (1 Tablespoon ground flax seed whisked with 3 Tablespoons water)
• Mix all dry ingredients
• Add wet ingredients to flax egg, and combine with dry
• Refrigerate dough for 10 min
• Mix together cinnamon sugar
• Evenly divide dough into 4 balls, roll in cinnamon sugar and place on lined baking sheet
• Press down balls on to create ¼ inch discs
• Bake for 14 minutes. Cool & enjoy!

• 1 medium mixing bowl
• 2 small mixing bowls

• 2 packets Maddie’s Natural Sweetener
• 1 tsp Tenzo matcha powder
• 7 oz dark chocolate
• 2 oz white chocolate
• ¼ cup dried goji berries
• 1 tbl pumpkin seeds
• 1 tsp chia seeds
• 2 tbl shelled pistachios
• 2 tbl pomegranate seeds
• 1 tbl hemp seeds
• pinch of flaked sea salt

• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• In a microwaveable bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30 second increments. Whisk in sweetener.
• In a separate microwaveable bowl, melt the white chocolate in the same way. Whisk in the matcha powder.
• Pour the dark chocolate into the prepared baking sheet, using your spoon or spatula to spread it evenly.
• Drizzle ½ of your matcha white chocolate
• Sprinkle on goji berries, pomegranate seeds, pistachios, pumpkin, chia and hemp seeds.
• Drizzle the second half of matcha white chocolate, and finish with a sprinkle of salt.
• Place into the fridge to set for at least 20 minutes.
• Using a sharp knife, cut into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
