2. INGREDIENTS
- 2 packets Maddie’s Natural Sweetener
- 1 tsp Tenzo matcha powder
- 7 oz dark chocolate
- 2 oz white chocolate
- ¼ cup dried goji berries
- 1 tbl pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tbl shelled pistachios
- 2 tbl pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbl hemp seeds
- pinch of flaked sea salt
3. DIRECTIONS
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwaveable bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30 second increments. Whisk in sweetener.
- In a separate microwaveable bowl, melt the white chocolate in the same way. Whisk in the matcha powder.
- Pour the dark chocolate into the prepared baking sheet, using your spoon or spatula to spread it evenly.
- Drizzle ½ of your matcha white chocolate
- Sprinkle on goji berries, pomegranate seeds, pistachios, pumpkin, chia and hemp seeds.
- Drizzle the second half of matcha white chocolate, and finish with a sprinkle of salt.
- Place into the fridge to set for at least 20 minutes.
- Using a sharp knife, cut into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
