1. DESCRIPTION

2. INGREDIENTS

  • 2 packets Maddie’s Natural Sweetener
  • 1 tsp Tenzo matcha powder
  • 7 oz dark chocolate
  • 2 oz white chocolate
  • ¼ cup dried goji berries
  • 1 tbl pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbl shelled pistachios
  • 2 tbl pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbl hemp seeds
  • pinch of flaked sea salt

3. DIRECTIONS

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwaveable bowl, melt the dark chocolate in 30 second increments. Whisk in sweetener.
  3. In a separate microwaveable bowl, melt the white chocolate in the same way. Whisk in the matcha powder.
  4. Pour the dark chocolate into the prepared baking sheet, using your spoon or spatula to spread it evenly.
  5. Drizzle ½ of your matcha white chocolate
  6. Sprinkle on goji berries, pomegranate seeds, pistachios, pumpkin, chia and hemp seeds.
  7. Drizzle the second half of matcha white chocolate, and finish with a sprinkle of salt.
  8. Place into the fridge to set for at least 20 minutes.
  9. Using a sharp knife, cut into pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
