1. DESCRIPTION

2. INGREDIENTS

3. DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Make flax egg (1 Tablespoon ground flax seed whisked with 3 Tablespoons water)
  3. Mix all dry ingredients
  4. Add wet ingredients to flax egg, and combine with dry
  5. Refrigerate dough for 10 min
  6. Mix together cinnamon sugar
  7. Evenly divide dough into 4 balls, roll in cinnamon sugar and place on lined baking sheet
  8. Press down balls on to create ¼ inch discs
  9. Bake for 14 minutes. Cool & enjoy!
