Ingredients:

  • 2 shots of espresso or 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee, chilled
    • I used 8-10 oz pour-over
  • 2 Packets Maddie's Natural Sweetener
  • 4 ounces milk of choice (we like unsweetened almond)
  • 1 Tbl Organic Cacao Powder
  • Peppermint Extract
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Cacao or Candy Cane for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  • Brew 2 shots of espresso or prepare 1/2 cup of strong coffee.
  • Add Maddie’s Natural Sweetener and cacao, stir to combine.
  • Add in about 3 drops of each peppermint and vanilla extracts (I like to have a small dropper combination of ½ and ½)
  • Froth milk of choice and pour coffee over the milk to combine.
  • Garnish with additional cacao powder and some crushed candy cane bits
